The 2008 Mrs World, Natalia Shmarenkova, arrived in Vietnam on Sept. 21. The Ukrainian held a short press conference at Ho Chi Minh' City’s Tan Son Nhat Airport. She will wear the traditional tunic for the final night of the Mrs. Vietnam Pageant on Sept. 26. Married in 2003, Ms. Shmarenkova is a pop singer and model called Kamaliya. She promised to return for the 2009 Mrs. World Pageant, also to be held in Vung Tau in November, with her husband, Kyiv Post publisher Mohammad Zahoor.
