Chief of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Valentyn Nalyvaichenko has submitted a motion to President Viktor Yuschenko on the dismissal of SBU Deputy Chief Andriy Kyslynsky, the chairman of the parliament committee for defense and security, Anatoliy Hrytsenko, has said.

“I would propose that the president immediately decide on [Kyslynsky’s] dismissal,” Hrytsenko said.

He also said that the Prosecutor General’s Office should open a criminal case over the forging of documents.

Sources at the SBU confirmed to Interfax-Ukraine that Nalyvaichenko had submitted the motion on Kyslynsky’s dismissal.
