The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) continues to investigate the illegal movement of weapons and militants into Ukraine across the state border with Russia with the support of Head of the Border Service of the Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB) Vladimir Kulishov.

"The SBU has [opened] a criminal proceeding regarding the Head of FSB Border Service for the illegal movement of weapons, citizens, militants and terrorists across the state border," he said at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Preventing and Counteracting Corruption, which was held on Wednesday.
