A vessel with 13 sailors on board is sinking in the Black Sea near Kerch, according to Crimea's Cabinet of Ministers.
"The cargo ship gave the SOS on Sunday night during a strong storm," the Crimean government’s press service said, adding that the vessel was carrying metal.
The Ukrainian information agency UNIAN on Oct. 11 quoted Vasyl Dzharty as saying all necessary measures have been taken to save the ship. The hospital in Feodosiya are ready to treat the sailors, the agency said.
