You're reading: SPF gets two bids for purchase of 40.06% in Donetskoblenergo, one for 25% in Dniproenergo

The State Property Fund (SPF) has received two bids to participate in a tender for the sale of 40.061% in regional energy supply company Donetskoblenergo and one bid for 25% in energy generating company Dniproenergo, a source at the government has told Interfax Ukraine.

He noted that the deadline for submitting bids for the tenders scheduled for January 11 would expire at 1800 on January 3.

The SPF’s press service told Interfax-Ukraine that information on the bids for participation in both tenders would be made public after 1800 on January 3.

As reported, three companies showed their interest to the tenders to sell a 25% stake in power generating company Dniproenergo (Zaporizhia) and a 40.061% stake in Donetskoblenergo scheduled for January 11, 2012.

The starting price of 1,491,858 shares in Dniproenergo is UAH 1.174 billion, that of 26,246,875 shares in Donetskoblenergo is UAH 449.5 million.
