Andriy Honcharuk deputy head of the Presidential Secretariat said that “The agreement signed in Ankara by the governments of Austria, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey and Hungary will lead to geopolitical changes in the region and will make it possible to diversify supply routes not only for consumers but also for suppliers of energy, primarily the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkmenistan, and, in the long term, possibly also other countries of the Caspian and Middle East regions."
