You're reading: Stirol extends contract with Gazprombank until late September

Stirol Concern (Horlivka, Donetsk Oblast, part of Group DF belonging to Dmytro Firtash) has extended its contracts of guarantee and collateral with Gazprombank until Sept. 30, 2015.

The company’s shareholders made the corresponding decision at an extraordinary general meeting in Rivne on July 16.

The subject of collateral under the agreement is natural gas received by Stirol in September-October 2013.

As reported, in early 2015 Ostchem holding, which is owned by Dmytro Firtash, completed negotiations with Russia’s Gazprombank on settling disputes on debt repayment in the amount of $842.5 million.
