Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy for the European Union, plans to hold a meeting with Christine Lagarde, the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), in Washington on February 13.

They are to discuss financial aid to Ukraine, Ashton said on Tuesday, during her speech in the EU Parliament.
