 The Slavutich, a Crimea-based command and control ship of the Ukrainian Navy, raised the Russian flag following talks on March 22 night. “There wasn’t any storm. The Slavutich raised the flag and the crew came ashore,” an ITAR-TASS news agency correspondent reported from Sevastopol.
