Two land plots earlier allocated to the Elita-Center group are to be used to build apartments for Elita-Center fraud victims, according to a decision made at a Kyiv council session on Thursday.
The land plots were allocated to March One Ltd., and are located at 7b, Kurnatovskoho Street and 15v, Petra Zaporozhtsia Street.
The council said that the said land plots were used by Elita-Center during the fraud.
The Kyiv council instructed Kyiv city state administration to hold a
tender to attract investors to build houses on the land plots and give
apartments to the fraud-victims.
