Two of Ukrainian passengers have been injured in a bus crash in Brest region in Belarus, according to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.

According to the Consulate General of Ukraine in Brest, the accident took place on the Brest-Minsk-Russian Federation border road, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleksandr Dykusarov said during a briefing on Thursday.

"A Ukrainian bus with eleven Ukrainian citizens collided with a vehicle. All of the citizens were heading for Russia. As a result of the accident, two Ukrainians were hospitalized, while the other nine passengers said they did not need medical treatment," Dykusarov said.
