Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko intends to establish a dictatorship of the law in the country in case of a victory at the presidential elections.

“I want to say that, first of all, it is absolutely true that if I
manage to win the presidential campaign, there will be dictatorship in
Ukraine, but a dictatorship of law,” she said at the Lviv economic
forum in Truskavets (Lviv region) on Friday.

“Moreover, there would be not a chaos, which is impossible to call
democracy, but the order in the executive power,” the premier said.

According to her, she intends to give the real instruments of influence on the authorities to the opposition.

“A strong executive power should work together with a strong
parliamentary opposition, which is empowered with the relevant
instruments,” she said.

Tymoshenko said that reform of the court system is among the first
reforms that the country would need after the presidential elections. A
plan for this has been already elaborated, she added.
