Ukraine's government plans to transfer some of the licenses issued to NJSC Nadra Ukrainy during Viktor Yanukovych's government, to NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy, said Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.

“All the licenses which were unlawfully issued to Viktor Yanukovych’s people – these are deposits with billion cubic meters of gas and wells with million tonnes of oil – will be transferred to Naftogaz,” she said at a briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday.

As she put it, Nadra’s Kyiv-based premises located at 34 Volodymyrska Street and 9 Zolotovoritska Street whose overall area is 5,000 square meters, as well as the 140-hectare Mizhgiria residence, will be also returned to state ownership.

“We’ve decided today on methods and ways to return Yanukovych’s private residence to state ownership,” she added.
