In the early hours of October 31, Ukraine will change to the standard time or winter time by turning the clock back by one hour.

Pursuant to a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine issued on May 13, 1996, the clock is to be moved back by one hour at 04:00 on the last Sunday of October.
Ukraine will change to summer daylight saving time by moving the clock forward by one hour at 03:00 on the last Sunday of March.
The winter time is aimed at more efficient use of daylight and saving energy.
