Ukrainian intelligence center has registered arrival of the Russian military men in the east of Ukraine and their attempts to set a single leadership center over the terrorist groups in Luhansk region, military operation zone spokesman Andriy Lysenko said.

“According to the reconnaissance data, new Russian troops have
arrived, and there are attempts to set one leadership center over all
terrorist groups in Luhansk region,” he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Jan. 3.

As Lysenko said, over past 24 hours the situation in the military
operation zone didn’t change essentially. Single cases of aggressive
actions by the militants have been registered in Donetsk and Luhansk
directions.
