Deputy head of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko's administration Andriy Taranov has been killed in a water bike crash when his vessel hit a barge, UNIAN reports. The accident happened amid a ride on the Dnieper river near the Havansky Bridge in Kyiv, according to the Ukrainian Interior Ministry's source.
