Ukrainian singer Jamala, who won the 61st Eurovision song contest in Stockholm, will soon be awarded the People's Artist of Ukraine. This was reported by the country's Minister of Culture Yevhen Nyshchuk, who joined top officials, politicians, public activists and ordinary Ukrainians in their congratulations to Jamala.
