Ukrainian President held a speech at the high-level meeting of the UN General Assembly.
“We have no right to turn a blind eye on Russian bombardment of civilian facilities in Syrian Aleppo or in Ukrainian Donbas,” Petro Poroshenko said on Sept. 19 in New York. This was one of the issues, discussed at the high-level meeting of the UN General Assembly addressing large movements of refugees and migrants.
