In case of attack - open fire - that was the order to serviceman from Petro Poroshenko at a meeting of Ukraine's National Security council. The Ukrainian President said the conflict in east Ukraine shows that threats to Ukraine's national security and territorial integrity remain real and that Russian-backed militants are still making attempts to break the Minsk peace deal signed earlier this year.
