A total of 48 MPs have submitted a query to Ukraine's Constitutional Court on Wednesday asking it to rule on the constitutionality of clauses of the law on the presidential elections, the Code of Administrative Court Procedures and the Criminal Code.
The query deals with the law amending legislative acts on the presidential elections in Ukraine dated August 21 2009.
The query has been transferred to the court’s secretariat.
Ukrainian President Viktor Yuschenko previously vetoed the law, but
the Verkhovna Rada overrode the veto at a special meeting on August 21.
