You're reading: Ukraine’s presidential elections will not be disrupted

The presidential elections in Ukraine will not be disrupted, deputy head of the presidential secretarial Maryna Stavniychuk has said.

“It is obvious that there are no serious political or legal grounds to consider the issue of the possible disruption of the presidential elections in Ukraine,” she said.

At the same time, Stavniychuk said Ukrainian MPs should have made all amendments to the legislation six months before the election campaign begins, as is done in all democratic European states.
