Ukraine's Victor Yanukovych promised fast reforms to tackle the economic crisis after exit polls indicated he had won a presidential election on Sunday.
"I will carry out the reforms that will allow us to overcome soon the consequences of the economic crisis," Yanukovych told a news conference. Exit polls gave Yanukovych a 4-5 percent win over Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
