The Kyiv city state administration intends to commission a computer-based system for managing traffic in the city in 2011.Yevhen Vodovozov, head of the chief department for transport and communications of the Kyiv city state administration, announced this at a press conference.According to him, the project of the system has been created. The system will manage traffic lights in the city to avoid traffic jams. He said a part of required equipment has been purchased.
