You're reading: Ukrainian premier leaves on two-day visit to Libya

Kyiv, September 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has ended her working visit to Poland and left on a two-day official visit to Libya.

On September 1, the premier will participate in an arts festival dedicated to the five-thousand-year-long history of Libya before its September Revolution, as well as the country’s achievements gained during 40 years after the revolution.

On September 2, Tymoshenko is planning to meet with Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi and Libyan Prime Minister al-Baghdadi Ali al-Mahmudi.
