The Prosecutor General's Office has completed an investigation of and sent to court a criminal case on the illegal issuance of firearms from mobilization depots of the Interior Ministry to the so-called 'titushky,' the street thugs used by Yanukovych government forces to crush the Euromaidan popular uprising, according to Serhiy Horbatiuk, head of PGO's special cases investigation department.
