The Kremlin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov commented on the Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s resignation, saying that Moscow hopes that the Minsk-2 deal will be implemented after the change of the head of the Ukrainian government, an UNIAN correspondent in Russia reported from Peskov’s Moscow briefing.
