Russian staff of the Ukrainian Cultural Center located in the center of Moscow have virtually captured the building, not letting the Ukraine-appointed director, Volodymyr Ionov, to his office, changing the locks, according to an UNIAN correspondent in Moscow.
The facility’s employees from among the Russian citizens did not let Volodymyr Ionov and the Ukrainian journalists inside the building claiming that they did not recognize the decisions of the Ukrainian authorities.
