Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada has passed a resolution to outlaw recent elections to the Russian State Duma, thus the results of the elections, legal effects, Duma members, their authority, acts and decisions that will be passed will be declared as illegitimate.
The resolution was backed by 264 Members of Parliament.
