The National Energy and Utility Regulation Commission (NEURC) raised the electricity price for Ukrainian households today (Sept 1) by 25-30%, as provided for in a plan to increase tariffs previously adopted by the NEURC.Thus, as of today, electricity tariffs for households have risen to UAH 0.71 per kWh, with a consumption volume up to 100 kWh per month, and to UAH 1.29 per kWh, with a consumption volume from 100 to 600 kWh, while the price for electricity with a consumption level higher than 600 kWh has been set at UAH 1.63 per kWh.
