Ukraine's envoy for security issues at Minsk peace talks Yevhen Marchuk says that the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine has pledged to monitor the situation in the conflict zone in Donbas round the clock, according to the Ukrainian news portal Apostrophe.
“For the first time, and it is very important, the OSCE has undertaken to monitor the situation round the clock. This means that we will know absolutely exactly who has broken the [Minsk] agreements and when,” he told the portal, commenting on the progress made in Minsk on Sept. 21.
