Groups of snipers have arrived in the occupied town of Yasynuvata in Donetsk region to reinforce Russian-backed militant troops, according to a Ukrainian defense ministry spokesman.
“Military intelligence reports say that a sniper unit has arrived in Yasynuvata to beef up illegal armed groups,” Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman Andriy Lysenko said at a briefing in Kyiv on Sept. 20.
