Russia's security service says it has foiled "terrorist attacks" in Crimea by Ukrainian military and intelligence forces. The FSB says one of its officer was killed on August 6 during clashes with groups it says were sent by the Ukrainian defense ministry. It also says a Russian soldier was killed in similar clashes on August 8.
