Providence Health Center is hosting nearly two dozen physicians from Ukraine, marking the sixth time a delegation from the Eastern European country has come to Waco as part of a medical exchange program. If all goes well during this visit, however, it may be a while before the Ukrainian doctors come here again, at least in person. The two groups are working on setting up video- conferencing technology that will allow them to communicate face-to-face while thousands of miles apart.
