In an interview with ABC News over the weekend, Donald Trump seemed to suggest that Russia doesn't have a presence in Ukraine even though its forces invaded the country and took control of a region called Crimea in 2014. On August 1, Trump said that he meant Russia wouldn't go further into Ukraine if he was president.
