Windrose (Kyiv) is intending to launch a regular flight on the Kyiv-Kaliningrad route from October 9, 2009, according to the company's press service.
The flights will be performed three times a week: on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
The lowest ticket price will be $134 (not including airport fees).
Windrose was established in 2003. The company’s fleet includes two MD 82s, two Airbus 320s, and two Embraer 195s.
