MOSCOW, March 5 (Reuters) - Ukrainian President Victor Yanukovych suggested onMar. 5that he would allow Russia's Black Sea Fleet to stay on Ukrainian territory after a base lease expires in 2017.
At a news conference with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, Yanukovich said the issue would be resolved soon in a way "that will satisfy both Russia and Ukraine."
