President Viktor Yanukovych is likely to make decision on vetoing the law on the Tax Code on December 3, he said when visiting the tent camp of entrepreneurs protesting against adoption of the Tax Code on Maidan Nezalezhnosti in Kyiv.

"We’ll be able to speak about the code’s fate on Thursday after you and I work on the Tax Code," the President said.

He pointed that working group of the President’s Administration will make its intermediate evaluation of the Tax Code on November 29.

"We’ll have the intermediate result by Monday," Yanukovych said.

He asked Prime Minister Mykola Azarov to create a working group, representing entrepreneurs and the state.

In addition, the President said that the situation with the Tax Code may lead to staff reshuffle.

"If I see the surgical operation is needed, I’ll do it," the President said.

He encouraged entrepreneurs and the Cabinet of Ministers to conduct negotiations constructively and review all the provision of the Tax Code.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, President Viktor Yanukovych is likely to veto the law on the Tax Code.
