Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk met with Foreign Minister of Denmark Martin Lidegaard and Polish Foreign Minister Grzegorz Schetyna, who are on a working visit to Ukraine.

“The prime minister discussed the progress of implementation of reforms, as well as the process of preparation for a major new cooperation program with the International Monetary Fund, with the Polish and Danish diplomats,” reads a report posted on the government website on March 2.

Yatsenyuk underlined the need of a strong and common position of the European Union to counter the aggressive policy of Russia, which poses a threat to the security of the entire Europe.

The premier said Russian aggression against Ukraine might be halted due to political, financial and military support in addition to the international sanctions.
