Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk hopes that administrative reform will be completed by the end of 2014.

“Administrative reform [will come] by the end of 2014,” Ukrainian premier said when opening a sitting of the government on Sept. 3 in Kyiv.

The PM also noted the necessity to take urgent measures to achieve decentralization and deregulation in Ukraine.

“Deregulation: The first act will be adopted today and then it will be made public. Our goals are to limit functions and numbers, simplify procedures and increase the efficiency of the government machine,” he added.
