Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko has said that he has been repeatedly asking Russia to extradite to Ukraine people who were allegedly involved into his poisoning with dioxin.
“The three people, who received me treated and served, are
unfortunately in Russia at present,” Yushchenko said on Ukraine’s 1+1
Channel on Sunday night.
He reminded that Russia’s leadership knows about the requests to hand over these people to Ukrainian investigators.
Yushchenko assessed the reports that the case on his poisoning was forged as an attempt of defamation by “immoral people.”
