Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko believes that Foreign Minister Petro Poroshenko will carry out the head of state's policy.
Yuschenko said this to journalists in Chisinau on Friday.
“The foreign minister will carry on the president’s policy,” Yuschenko said.
The head of state said that over the period when there was no
foreign minister in Ukraine, the country “had lost momentum in its
relationships with the European Union and the United States.”
