Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko will meet with Crimean Premier Viktor Plakida, regional governors, and the heads of Kyiv and Sevastopol city state administrations on Thursday, September 3.
The meeting is planned for 1000, the presidential press service said on Wednesday.
The main topic of the meeting is the problems of the regions caused
by the incompleteness of the current model of government, prospects for
regional development, the need for the government to fulfill its powers
to implement efficient budget policy locally, and also the discussion
of the presidential draft of constitutional amendments.
