Analyzing relations between Ukraine and Russia in an interview with the Inter TV channel, Yuschenko said that the issue is not in separate names of heads of states, and the issue is in the formation of the sovereign state.
“Don’t catch yourself thinking that the relations could be easy or simple. They’ve never been easy and simple, and they won’t be easy, as these are relations between neighbors, and relations of neighbors have hundreds of questions,” he said.
He also said that the farther is the location of states in the geographical terms, the easier is to establish their relations.
