A nine-hour humanitarian truce is currently holding in Ukraine, pro-Russian rebel officials and Ukrainian government officials told ABC News Feb. 6. The two sides agreed that a humanitarian corridor would last from 9 a.m.- 6 p.m. local time (11 a.m. ET), allowing civilians to evacuate from Debaltseve, a strategic railway hub that has become the epicenter of recent fighting.
