CNN: Russian soldiers detained in Ukraine, as leaders prepare to meet in Minsk

Luhansk oblast, Ukraine -Ukraine's Security Service said on Aug. 26 that 10 Russian soldiers had been detained in the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine, amid simmering tensions over the conflict between Ukrainian forces and pro-Russian rebels.
