Simferopol - Crimea's Regional Development Ministry has sent Russia's Finance Ministry a proposal to develop the peninsula's rural areas and the overall cost of the project is 150 billion rubles, Regional Development Minister Sergei Glebov said.
“This amount is necessary in order for Crimea’s rural regions to begin living normally. This is water supply, gasification, kindergartens, domestic solid waste dumps, solving other problems. Of course, we understand that this amount will not be financed immediately, but over a certain amount of time,” Glebov said.
