As the foreign ministers of Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany meet in Berlin to discuss the progress made in implementing the Ukrainian peace deal in recent weeks, sporadic fighting continues in the east of the country. Both sides of the conflict have accused each other of breaking critical conditions of the Minsk peace accord.
