Since the overthrow of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich on Feb. 22, it was bound to happen and now, apparently, it has. A BBC report aired May 22 from correspondent Tim Whewell interviews a militia trainer in Western Ukraine who will not, for every good and sensible reason, give his name. His accent is mildly Slavic. He claims to have had a "military background." He claims to be training his unit in infiltration tactics.
