TALLINN - Estonian Foreign Minister Keit Pentus-Rosimannus has called for pressure to be increased on Russia if the Minsk II Agreements are unfulfilled.
During a meeting with UK Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond, the Estonian minister said that Russia must ensure unhampered and safe access for OSCE monitors in the conflict zone, the Estonian Foreign Ministry’s spokesman told Interfax-Ukraine.
