Despite official cease-fire agreements shellfire continued in the city of Pervomaysk, in the eastern region of Lugansk in Ukraine. Most of the 38,000 inhabitants have already left the city where the destruction of houses worsens, leaving many without heating as freezing winter weather sets in.
